I built Coco Market from one small idea into one of South Florida's most established free community wellness markets — running monthly since 2022. Every system I teach has been tested across 60+ real events, with thousands of people moving through them.
I know what makes people feel something at an event, and what falls flat. I know what keeps vendors coming back and what gets people to show up, market after market. If you're building a community event of your own, I can help you do it with intention.

Not at all. I work with any kind of community event. The systems I've built across Coco Market apply to any gathering rooted in connection — wellness, food, art, family, neighborhood markets, whatever you're putting together.
Yes to both. I travel within South Florida — Broward, Dade, and St. Lucie counties — for an additional fee. For clients outside the region, I work fully remotely. Nothing changes about the experience or the deliverables.
Mostly first-time organizers — that's where I tend to add the most value. But if you're running an established event and want a fresh set of experienced eyes, reach out. I take those on case-by-case.
Always me. Every call, every email, every plan. No handoff, no junior associate — that's the whole point.
Four months out tends to be the sweet spot, but it's really up to you. I'll work with your timeline — the sooner we start, the more we can build together.
Day-of production and vendor liaison are available as an add-on at $150/hr (2-hr minimum). The core packages are advisory — but if you want me on the ground with you, we can build that in.
Yes. The Strategy Session exists for exactly this. We'll talk through your idea, get clarity on whether it makes sense to move forward, and either way you walk away with information you can actually use — now or whenever the timing is right.

I offer higher-level guidance — strategy, systems, frameworks. The goal is to empower you to run your event, not to do it for you. You'll handle execution; I'll make sure you have the tools, the language, and the plan to do it well.
Packages are non-refundable, but I'm happy to reschedule within two months of purchase if something comes up. Just reach out — we'll always work it out.
