Do you only work with wellness-focused events?
Not at all. I work with any kind of community event. The systems I've built across Coco Market apply to any gathering rooted in connection — wellness, food, art, family, neighborhood markets, whatever you're putting together.
Do you travel? Will you work with clients outside South Florida?
Yes to both. I travel within South Florida — Broward, Dade, and St. Lucie counties — for an additional fee. For clients outside the region, I work fully remotely. Nothing changes about the experience or the deliverables.
Is this for first-time organizers, or do you work with established events too?
Mostly first-time organizers — that's where I tend to add the most value. But if you're running an established event and want a fresh set of experienced eyes, reach out. I take those on case-by-case.
Will I work directly with you, or with a team?
Always me. Every call, every email, every plan. No handoff, no junior associate — that's the whole point.
What's the timeline? How far out should I book?
Four months out tends to be the sweet spot, but it's really up to you. I'll work with your timeline — the sooner we start, the more we can build together.
Do you handle execution or day-of production?
Day-of production and vendor liaison are available as an add-on at $150/hr (2-hr minimum). The core packages are advisory — but if you want me on the ground with you, we can build that in.
I'm just exploring an idea — is the Strategy Session still worth it?
Yes. The Strategy Session exists for exactly this. We'll talk through your idea, get clarity on whether it makes sense to move forward, and either way you walk away with information you can actually use — now or whenever the timing is right.
Do you offer custom packages or ongoing partnerships?
Yes. If something on the menu doesn't quite fit, I'm happy to put together a bespoke package. I'm flexible — let's talk about what you actually need.
What's not included? What should I expect to handle myself?
I offer higher-level guidance — strategy, systems, frameworks. The goal is to empower you to run your event, not to do it for you. You'll handle execution; I'll make sure you have the tools, the language, and the plan to do it well.
What's your refund or reschedule policy?
Packages are non-refundable, but I'm happy to reschedule within two months of purchase if something comes up. Just reach out — we'll always work it out.
